SICSA spays and neuters over 2,700 dogs and cats annually. SICSA offers reduced-cost, income based spay & neuter surgeries for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens, no matter which county you live in. All dog surgery prices include an e-collar to help prevent licking of incision site. Cat e-collars can be purchased for $10.

Stray and Feral Cat Program
We offer our lowest pricing available to anyone spaying or neutering stray or feral cats. Prices are:
- Male: $40
- Female: $50
This program is for dogs who have had an accidental litter of puppies. We will accept the puppies, 4 months and under, into our adoption program with no intake fee, as long as you agree to spay the mother dog at SICSA. We offer low-middle income spay & neuter programs with competitive pricing. Admittance to this program is based on space and availability. South Park Neighborhood Grant
SICSA has received a very generous grant from Michael and Holly DiFlora in the South Park Historical Neighborhood allowing us to offer spay or neuter surgeries for cats at no cost. Rabies vaccination is also included if not current. You MUST live in the South Park Neighborhood to qualify for this grant.
