SICSA Student Intern Program

Do you love working with animals? Would you like to gain experience and volunteer hours working with an animal rescue organization? We have the perfect opportunity for you! The SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center is looking for responsible, enthusiastic high school-aged students to apply as Student Interns for Fall 2022!

What do Student Interns do?

Student Interns will work directly with SICSA Staff. Depending on the interests of selected applicants, opportunities will be available in areas outside of animal care. Weekly schedules will be arranged individually with each Student Intern.

 

How can I apply to be a Student Intern at SICSA?

Applicants must be in at least the 9th grade during the current school year. Applications may be picked up at SICSA, 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458 between 9:00am and 5:30pm. To have an application emailed to you, send a request to Leah O’Malley, Volunteer Services Manager, at lomalley@sicsa.org

The deadline to apply is October 22nd, 2022. Please come to the Volunteer Entrance on the north side of the building.
