Cat Yoga at SICSA

Join SICSA for Cat Yoga on Saturday, November 18th! The class will take place from 10:00AM to 11:00AM and is open to yogis of all abilities! Throughout the class, some of SICSA’s adoptable cats will roam about the room, adding some extra fun and cuteness to the class. It’s a purrr-fect way to start your Saturday!
This class will be led by Maureen Warren. Maureen is a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and has been practicing for over 20 years. She teaches weekly classes at Exhale Yoga Spa in Kettering, and at Sukha Inspired Yoga in Englewood. Maureen focuses on creating a calm and supportive atmosphere for students of all levels and is excited to combine her love of yoga with her love of SICSA!
The cost of attendance is $20. Attendees should plan to bring their own mat or blanket to the class. There will be no physical tickets issued for this event. All attendees will be added to the guest list after submitting their payment. Guests should plan to check-in upon arrival.
