Since Tuesday, May 12th, the SICSA Pet Adoption and Wellness Center has been doing adoptions by appointment. The new process we have in place is there to not only keep you safe, but our staff as well. So, if you’ve been wanting to adopt a new, furry friend, now is the time!
The first step in this new process is to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire. You can do this by visiting the Cat and Dog Adoption pages on our website. Next, we ask that you to make an appointment by calling us at 937-294-6505 option 3 during open hours. Our hours are now Tuesday-Saturday, 12-7pm. Please be patient with us as we have been receiving a high number of both calls and emails.
After you’ve completed these steps, an adoption counselor will contact you back. Please note that the pet you wanted to adopt may no longer be available.
