Winter Volunteering Day Camp

Join us for a three day service workshop! Participants will learn about SICSA and the daily care we give to our adoptable pets’ physical, mental and emotional well-being, and assist with supervised volunteer projects and activities, as well as spending time with our friendly dogs and cats. Students can earn up to 21 hours of service credit toward scout projects, character development, graduation requirements, and National Honor Society (please bring required paperwork on the final day of camp). Camper will be provided 2 healthy snacks each day, but should bring a lunch that does not need microwaved.

Ages: 10-16

Schedule: 3 day workshop, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, December 27, 28 & 29.

Details: Campers should wear jeans or pants, and closed toe shoes. Campers must bring a lunch (no microwave will be available). Campers will be working with both cats and dogs-we cannot accommodate severe animal allergies. We cannot accommodate court-ordered community service.
