About Animal Adventure Camp
Animal Adventure Camps are fun Humane Education programs for youth. Games, activities, and animal interactions teach children how to be responsible pet guardians and make the community a safer place for animals. All camp activities encourage respect, empathy, and kindness toward animals.
Campers will learn about SICSA, and how they can help pets and other animals through games, hands-on lessons, art projects and special guest speakers, as well as meet lots of terrific animals! Each camp includes opportunities to interact with different types of animals. Camp includes a camp t-shirt, daily snack, and all supplies for each day's activities.
SICSA Animal Adventure Camp is registered with Ohio Job and Family Services, and comply with state requirements to ensure quality and safety. SICSA Animal Adventure Camp is a member of the American Camp Association. Staff maintain certification from Red Cross in Pediatric CPR & first aid, as well as a variety of child development, and educational professional development.
Ages vary by camp. Information will be listed in each camp for which age groups may attend.

What past participants had to say about Animal Adventure Camps
"She had a wonderful time. It is cute every time she would get home we started the countdown on how many hours before she was able to go back." -Andrea T.
"10 year old nephew attended camp- he loved it. We visited open house and were so impressed with caring and talent of staff, and their kindness to "the least of those among us." There is still kindness in the valley...as well as caring/competent staffers! My nephew is begging to volunteer there now!" -Mary H.
"We would like to help out and provide a volunteer opportunity for our daughter. As she is attending animal advocates camp this week she has developed a huge heart for helping animals that need support." -Jessica D.
"I can tell it is having a huge impact on her based on the fact that she wants to talk about every detail when she gets home." -Jennifer M.
