Passion without vision and direction can be quite chaotic. The role of the SICSA leadership is to guide the animal welfare passion we all hold dearly, into steps, plans, actions, and reality. The leadership at SICSA is made up of both paid staff and volunteers, working a variety of shifts (full and part time) and schedules.
