SICSA’s Campership Fund is named after David Irwin Brown, who was a Boy Scout, athlete, scholar, and artist in Centerville, Ohio. His love for all animals was enhanced by his involvement with SICSA programs. David had many friends, loved adventure, and was a gentle, compassionate soul who was always willing to lend a hand to any creature in need. The David Irwin Brown Campership Fund is his legacy. Campership will provide access to SICSA Animal Adventure Camps to bring together, educate, inspire, and empower compassionate young people, and to provide an avenue for the community to perpetuate David’s kindness and generosity.

SICSA's Humane Education Summer Camps focus on cultivating empathy, kindness, respect, and responsibility for our pets. Through interactive learning opportunities with animals and the people who care for them, campers gain a new interest and excitement for animal welfare.
