Attention SICSA Members:
The Board of Directors is proposing updates to coincide with how the organization has been operating for years now, as well as a few enhancements which they believe will help us move forward in the face of increased outcomes we are realizing. These changes will allow the Board, staff, and volunteers to more effectively fulfill our mission. At the 2015 Annual All Members Meeting on February 19, SICSA did not have the required quorum to pass a vote on suggested changes to the agency's bylaws. As such, a Special meeting is being called in an attempt to meet quorum expectations. Please join us on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:00 PM in the SICSA training room. There will be a brief presentation of the requested changes, followed by an opportunity for members to ask questions. After this, voting by ballot will take place.
If you cannot make the meeting on April 22 at 6:00 PM, members-in-good-standing may vote online. Members-in-good-standing are individuals who have paid their membership dues within the last 12 months. Members may not vote by proxy. Members may cast their vote in person at the Special Meeting, or by personally voting online. Only one vote per member is permitted. A signatire will be required online to ensure validity. Votes cast online by members not in good standing will not be considered. Online votes must be cast by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22. After that day and time, voting must take place in person at the Special Meeting. Please contact Nora Vondrell at 937-294-6505 ext. 40 if you have any questions.
