SICSA spays and neuters over 3,000 dogs and cats every year for families in the community. SICSA’s Spay/Neuter programs are for low and middle income families* (except for the zip code 45410 grant for people living in that zip code, which has no income restriction). The financial guidelines and our spay/neuter fees are listed below. SICSA offers reduced cost spaying and neutering all year for dogs and cats.
*Thanks to a GRANT - through August 31, ANYONE may come through our Middle Income pricing even if your income is over those guidelines.
We are currently scheduling surgeries approximately 1-3 weeks in advance.

Thanks in part to a Grant from Ohio Pet Fund. This program is for puppies and kittens between 8-16 weeks of age. Puppies should have at least one (preferably two) DHPP vaccinations prior to their appointment date. SICSA is able to do the booster DHPP vaccination for an additional $15 on surgery day. We do not offer the first vaccination for puppies. The Baby Fix/B4 4 Months program is income-based; you must qualify for the low-income financial guidelines listed (unless you are spaying/neutering stray kittens or kittens from a stray cat).
