Spay/Neuter Center

SICSA spays and neuters over 2,700 dogs and cats every year for families in the community. SICSA’s Spay/Neuter programs are for low and middle income families. Financial guidelines and spay/neuter fees are listed below. SICSA offers reduced cost spay/neuter surgeries year-round for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens. You may live in any county and still come through SICSA's spay/neuter program. Please see SICSA Community Spay/Neuter Programs below for pricing and application.

We are currently scheduling surgeries approximately 1-1/2 to 3 weeks in advance. Surgeries are performed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays  most weeks. Our arrival check-in time is 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. (due to the number of surgeries checking in, we suggest allowing 45 minutes for the check-in process). Dogs are able to be released to go home at 4:00 p.m. and cats are able to be released to go home at 4:30 p.m. All pets MUST be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
