Spay/Neuter Center

SICSA spays and neuters about 2,000 dogs and cats every year for families in the community. We have several grants that will help you spay or neuter your dog or cat at very low cost. We offer two-three neuter days a year; sterilizing male cats for just $10. We provide pediatric sterilization also. Puppies and Kittens that are at least 8 weeks old and weigh at least 2 pounds can be spayed or neutered.

SICSA’s Spay/Neuter Programs are for low and middle income families – the financial guidelines and our spay/neuter fees are listed below. If your income is over these guidelines but you are interested in neutering feral or stray cats, please contact Zandra at 294-6505 x 16 to discuss available options.

We must have completed application, proof of income and payment before your appointment is scheduled.
