Thanks to a grant from PetSmart Charities SICSA is offering $10 spay or neuter surgeries for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens for anyone living in the 45410 zip code.

Normally SICSA's programs are based on income but this grant is Not based on income – you Must show proof of living in the 45410 zip code.  A completed application, proof of living in the 45410 zip code and your $10 payment per animal is required and then your appointment will be scheduled.

We are expecting high turnout for this grant – once we have received your application and payment – it may take 7-10 days to receive a call to schedule your appointment – and appointment dates may be 2 to 4 weeks.
